At Jean Paul, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
